Database Support

Specialist Computing is maintaining Microsoft Applications for several court areas which are not being supported by the original developer. We are able to review the databases for an initial charge and then provide ongoing support for an annual fee to include enhancements to the system where required.

We are finding that vital applications are no longer supported because the developer has left the organisation or moved into other areas of business. We do not hold sensitive information such as Magistrates' details, but can maintain the software from within our offices with test data.

The service can also include on site training of new users. We continue to maintain our own applications so this service fits alongside our existing support infrastructure.
