WATS -

Specialist Computing has been working with the Court Service for almost 20 years providing consultancy and implementing effective computer applications.
Our primary systems are
Warrant Analysis and Tracking (WATS)
An on-line database of warrants issued by Courts. The information is held
on a secure web server with authorised access from any standard Internet
browser. Warrants for a whole Court Area can be combined for defaulters
and allocated to CEO’s or Agencies with searching and monitoring facilities to
support the execution of outstanding items. The safety of CEO’s is
maintained by the use of Risk Assessments, Warning Signals and a history of
actions on a defaulter.
Court Proceedings
Court Proceedings provides a searchable database of Court Registers.
Records are automatically imported from PDF format documents extracted from the
Libra Application and the system provides comprehensive retrieval facilities
including a view of the original register. This package provides the Police
Service with wider access to Court Records
STOWED
A flexible cost saving on-line document storage and distribution system
designed for the Court Service.
Information Display Systems
Electronic Display boards provide a service to all court users by providing
information during their visit to a court house. Automatically generated
lists of cases for hearing can be displayed in a number of formats.

Services provided by Specialist Computing include installation, training and
telephone support. Additionally, we support a number of legacy databases
which were originally developed for the Courts by other individuals or companies
who are no longer available to maintain their systems.
