Management Information System

Information is transferred from Fujitsu's Court Computer System on a daily basis and this data is automatically imported into the Management Information System.

Five files are available each day:

Accounts

Payments made to the accounts

Warrants

Case Details

Sittings Details

Individual records are held to support the analysis of a court's workload and many standard reports are available. Monthly performance indicators are prepared automatically, including the weighted caseload.

The system has been developed using Microsoft Accessand training is included in the MIS package to enable courts to prepare comprehensive ad-hoc reports according to local requirements. Results of queries may be printed or transferred to other packages which use the Windows operating system for further analysis or inclusion into management reports.

Specialist Computing also has proven skills in analysing and storing data from electronic copies of other mainframe reports.
